Shop My Stash: Bathtime.

I have mentioned over and over on both my blogs how:

  • I am a massive hoarder.
  • Have far too many products
  • I am a shopaholic
so I decided something had to change. A while ago I made the decision not to buy any more beauty products (skincare, haircare, makeup, body wash you name it) until I had got through my massive stash. This was all well and good but I soon realised that just not buying anything wasnt enough. I have far more than I will ever use and I need to go through the products I have and get rid of things that just aren't working for me. Thats where these Shop My Stash come in.

I have picked out a range of products that I am going to use or lose. These products will now be used until I finish them or decide they are not for me (and will subsequently end up in an empties or not for me style post) I think I am going to split this into three parts, today is bathtime. Anything I use in the bathroom. Next monday will be body and skincare that I use in the bedroom (think moisturisers, deodarants, micellar water etc.) and finally the week after will be hair care! I hope you enjoy these posts as much as I do and if you are doing anything similar please let me know in the comments and I will be right there!

So my list goes as follows

These were sent to me to try, and although they are pricier than what I would buy myself I am looking forward to giving them a try.

I like to have a range of cleansers on the go and I have tried to limit myself here. I like to have a face scrub at least once a week and this boots one is my absolute favourite at the moment! I love the face oil though, but its not as rich as id prefer it to be. However I bought it was a £5 off no7 voucher so I cant complain. Lastly, the exuviance cleansing gel was kindly gifted to me at an event and at first I found it made my skin feel tight. However I decided to give it a final go and dig it out.

I have so many soap and glory pulp frictions! I think thats because they are in all the gift sets I get every christmas! Lazily though I very rarely use them. Recently I have been using a body scrub maybe twice a week and I do think its made a difference to my skin so I need to keep it up! My mom gave me the shower oil and I dont know about you but theres just something lovely about using oils in the winter. The Nivea in shower moisturiser? I think I bought into the hype a bit here as I am not sure it really does anything. This will be on a trial and may be going. I also have a massive collection of shower gels and was going to limit it to one but a girl needs variety right? Anyway the sanctuary one is nearly used up from a christmas gift set last year and the body shop one I treated myself to when I won a resorts world gift card!

If you have made it to the end I applaud you! Hopefully some of these will be in my november empties post!

Did you know I have a lifestyle blog? You can follow it HERE.

    1. Thankyou. Sorry it has taken me a while to reply!

  2. Ooh the Rituals oil sounds nice! I'm looking for anything that will hydrate my body/skin/hair at the moment cause I'm on this horrible medication which cuts my body's oil production, so I might give that a try. I'm also loving those Salon Science products too, my scalp and hair feels wonderful! Looking forward to your review :)

    Lots of love
